Everlong Crossfit was opened in 2017, and is owned by Lili Reynoso - a board certified ob/gyn. She believes that fitness is not just a hobby, but a way of life. Cardio & Strength
Burn is a class which incorporates strength training and cardio by utilizing body weight exercises, basic dumbbell moves and other calorie-torching exercises. A typical class might have you doing kettlebell swings, jumping rope, push-ups, wall balls, box-jumps, and everyone's favorite- burpees.

CrossFit classes can be modified and scaled to meet your fitness goals. After learning the basic techniques, you will be forever challenged (and changed) by the WODs we all push through together - we all have individual goals but we always finish as a team.
